ART requirements

The below are the acceptable artwork file formats that we can use to accomplish your print:

Adobe Illustrator (.ai)

Adobe Photoshop (.psd) 300 dpi at print size

Vector PDF (.pdf)

Layered EPS (.eps)

These types of files allow the greatest flexibility for sizing graphics to any size without loss of quality. All .ai or .eps files must be created in a vector program originally. Vector art is made up of points and connected lines, rather than square pixels like raster art, so it stays clear and crisp even when enlarged. Taking a file that is not .ai or .eps and saving it as that format does not make that an acceptable file. There will be a $50 per hour artwork fee added to all orders for the purposes of converting, editing and separating your artwork to print

We cannot accept the below file formats or image types to print:

MS Publisher

MS Word

MS PowerPoint

MS Excel

Web Images

Small Images

A good rule of thumb is if you can zoom in and it's blurry or you can see pixels, then it is not usable. If you are still unsure of whether your image or file will work, let us know and we can take a look.

We will email you a proof of your art before printing to ensure that our work matches your vision. Live press-image proofs and physical samples are also available upon request
